She is survived by: her mother Lorene Sievert (Zipfel) of North Prairie; her husband Mark Mittelstrass of North Prairie; her siblings, John of Milwaukee and Brenda (Jim) of Waukesha; her sister-in-law Marcia; her niece Stacey Steinberg (Justin); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sebastian, Quin and Ruby. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Memorial contributions in Diane's name can be made to the family and directed to the funeral home.
