He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Pietenpol and Irene Pietenpol; his father-in-law Carl Johnson Sr.; his siblings, Ione Heinen, Carol Debbink (Nee Pietenpol) and Glenn Pietenpol; his brother-in-law Carl Johnson, Jr.; his nephew Brian Pietenpol; his great-nephew Mitchell; and his niece Abigail Pietenpol.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, Faith Harrington (Craig Seefeld), Lori Wirsching (Tim), Drew Pietenpol and Rebecca Pearson (Paul); his siblings-in-law, Eva (Jeff), Baehring and Mary Pietenpol; his grandchildren, Jacob (Jasmin Valdez), Caleigh, Emmalie Harrington, Jennika (Ryan), Confer, Micah Wirsching (Josh Rangai), Callan Pietenpol, Kaiden, Lauren and Madilyn Pearson; his stepgrandchildren, Josh, Janelle, Jasmine Clohessy, Crystal (Cory), Honer (Nee Clohessy), Zach (Emily), Emma Seefeld, Aubrey (Andy) and Rezeski (Nee Seefeld); and his great grandchild Kennedy Harrington. He is also survived by many loving nieces/nephews, dear friends.
