Hazel M. Hoffman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel M. Hoffman of North Lake, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 21, 2023 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hazel M. Hoffman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Nicks and Ethel Nicks (Beider); her husband Ellwood Hoffman; and her former husband Rudy Zettining. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Hoffman (Helen Kondos) and Diane Hoffman (Larry Fischer); her grandchildren, Chandra Bronsted (Brian), Danielle Weber (Jim), Matthew Hoffman (Marisa) and Carly Rawski (Robert); and her siblings, Dennis Nicks (Sue), Joy Davis, Becky Smale, Judy Smith, Thomas and Deanna Hess. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other family members and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the family would be appreciated and will be forwarded to HAWS and the North Lake Town Hall Library in Hazel's name.
