She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Thies and Ruth Thies; her husband Raymond Shimniok; her son Kevin; her parents-in-law, Marvin, Ruth Licht, Lyle, Lorna Baumgarten, Ernest and Elizabeth Shimniok; and her nephews, Marvin Licht, Jr., Dan Licht and Frank Shimniok.
She is survived by: her brother Ronal Thies (Judy) of Plover, WI; her children, Mark (Elaine), Susan Grossenbacher (Jeff) and James (Cricket); her great grandchild Tyler Shimniok (Anna Steinmetz); her son Zachary Shimniok (Ashley Zimmerman); her great grandchild Jim Campbell (Kelly); her daughter Lindsey (Jeremy Kutz); her grandchildren, Austin, Dylan, Destiny, Bentley Udelhofen, Bobby Houck and Catherine Story; and her son Lamech Lawson.
