She was predeceased by: her parents, Max McNurlen and Lillian McNurlen (Burr). She is survived by: her husband Clinton Lombard; her children, Kimberly Lombard and Vincent Lombard (Tammy); her grandchildren, Justice and Hunter; her stepgranddaughter Shania; and her brother William McNurlen (June). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
