He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Halsey and Adelaide Halsey (Sauer). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Manthie of Fond du Lac; his brother Loren Halsey of Appleton; his children, Wayne Halsey Jr. of Bellevue, NE, Debbie Remich (Mark) of Hubertus, WI and Jill Tofel of Saukville, WI.; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Kyle, David, Mellissa and Dylan.
He suffered with Parkinson's disease for more than 10 years.
