He was predeceased by: his father John Warner; and his cousin Jimmy Streblow. He is survived by: his mother Susan Warner (Henning); his wife Shelly; his children, Preston and Emily; his brothers, Joshua and Nathan Warner (Michelle); his parents-in-law, Steve and Janet Guelzow; his brother-in-law Alex Guelzow (Lori); his nieces and nephews, Alexandria "Ali" Guelzow, Addi Warner, William "Billy" Guelzow, Joseph "Joey" Guelzow and Kaden Warner; and his goddaughters, Julie Streblow, Amber Lefeber and Lea Moore. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, many many cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family for John's children.
