He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Kulow and Bernice Kulow (Schussler); and his siblings, Barb, Bill, Dick and Ken.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Nelson; his daughters, Jackie Baccus (Scott), Tammy Kulow and Julie Punzel (Pete); his grandsons, Tim Baccus, Mike Baccus (Jenny), Nick Punzel and Ben Punzel (Evian Ortiz); his great grandchildren, Sydney and Ethan Baccus; and his siblings, Peggy, Cathi, Joann (Tom) and David.
