He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Frank and Inez Frank (Dupless); and his wife Lois Miller. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Frank and Scott Frank (Gwen). He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one brother; and three sisters.
