It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald H. Kohnke of North Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kohnke and Elizabeth Kohnke (LaPine); his sister Betty Galle (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Katie Bays, Don Gau and Joe Gau.
He is survived by: his wife Jane M. Gau; his children, Michelle "Shelly" Klein (Stephen) and Michael Kohnke (Tracy) of North Fond; his sister Carol Wiese (Randy) of Fond; his grandsons, Tylar Kohnke and Matthew Klein; his pet Izzy; and his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth "Betty" Ball, Mary Gau, Evelyn Gau, Barb Kozaczuk and Young Gau.
