He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer DeYoung and Doris DeYoung (Jensen); and his daughter Karen. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Prouse; his sisters, Kathleen Bracher (Chris), Shirley DiMassi of Blaine, MN and Lori DeYoung of Baldwin, WI; and his nieces and nephews, Kerri Lesch, Amy Rieschl, Chad Bracher and Matthew Chenoweth. He is also survived by ten great nieces and nephews.
