Barbara Ann Will Obituary
Barbara Ann Will, 92, of North Fond du Lac, died on Thursday, October 27, 2022, peacefully at her residence.
She was born on September 18, 1930, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Gerard C. and Minnie M. Goldapske Altman. On October 6, 1952, she married Gilbert A. Will at Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in North Fond du Lac. He preceded her in death on April 18, 2002.
Barbara worked for the North Fond du Lac School District serving as a custodian, and also as a server in the luncheon program. She was a life-long member of Holy Family Presentation Church in North Fond du Lac. Barbara was a past member of the National Catholic Society of Foresters. She enjoyed flowers, cooking and most of all spending time with her family. Barbara spent her entire life caring for others.
She is survived by her children: Joan Will of Ripon, Jeff (Jodi) Will of North Fond du Lac, Jeanne (Jerry) Immel of Eldorado and Julie (special friend Dewey Knueppel) Will of Fond du Lac; her daughter in law Karen Will of Fond du Lac, her grandchildren: Jennifer (Doug) Walters, Amy (Brandon) Walters, Kelly (Steve) Westphal, Ryan (Shanna) Will, Kayla (Chad) Clough, Melissa (Stewart) Gross, Kristin Will, Andy (Della) Bruno, William Immel, Shannon Immel, Tom (Tammy) Immel, Brian Immel and Ashley (Jamie) Hannessen; 19 great-grandchildren and her sister Debra (Aaron) Schneider of Fond du Lac.
She is also preceded in death by her parents, her sons John and Joseph, her son in law Stephen Mathers, four brothers and one sister.
VISITATION: The family will greet friends from 9:30 – 11:30 AM, on Monday, October 31, 2022, at Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 705 Michigan Avenue, North Fond du Lac.
SERVICE: Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 AM on Monday, October 31, 2022, at Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. Entombment at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum in Ledgeview Memorial Park.
