He was predeceased by : his parents, James Harvath and Carmen Harvath (Freeman); and his sisters, Patsy and Inez. He is survived by : his wife Margie (Margie) of Niagara; his daughters, Amanda Sielaff (Robert) of Spread Eagle, WI, Alison Greatens (Christopher) of Green Bay, WI and Krystal Harvath of Niagara; his grandchildren, Aaron Vaness (Maggie) of Escanaba, MI, Zane Phillips of Niagara, Liam and Amelia Greatens of Green Bay; his close friend Bob Butler of Niagara; and his siblings, Fred (Laura), Peter (Diane), Theo (Tammy), Butch (Margie), Pauline Harvath, Marcia Weber (Mike) and Mary Jane Fox (Mark).

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (1432 River St, Niagara, WI 54151). A memorial service was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
