He is survived by: his wife Carol Kinsella; his daughter Kristen Kinsella (David Herring); his siblings, Bruce Kinsella (Sandy), Mankato, Minn, David Kinsella (Patty) and Kathy Justus (Richard); his close friends, Todd, Linda Garvalia, Barry and Carrie Kaldor; and his parents-in-law, Gary Chapman, Susan Mathews (Robert), Janice Hilsabeck (Jim) and Mich. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
