He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Jacobson. He is survived by: his siblings, David Jacobson of Holiday Hills, IL and Cynthia DiVerde of Bloomingdale, IL; and his children, Wayne, Brian, Kimberly Hostetter of Fort Belvoir, VA and Barbara Smith of Woodbine, MD.
