She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Provencher and Matilda Provencher (Steiner); her husband Jim; her daughters, Cythia Marie and Barbara Jean Merritt; her grandson Brad Lantagne; and her siblings, Lucille Harkins (Edward), Isadore Provencher (Addelade) and Philip Provencher Jr. (Michelle).
She is survived by: her children, Julie Lantagne (Roger), Jeff Merritt (Catherine), Jay Merritt (Amy), Janice Merritt and Jodi Klingeisen (Reiny); and her friend Sue Wink. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
