He was predeceased by: his parents, Axel Hagberg and Liana Hagberg; his brother Roger Hagberg; his brother-in-law Bruce Chartier; his aunts, Selma Hagberg and Violet Dodd; his mother-in-law Iola Harvath; and his pet Troubles.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lorene Chartier; his siblings, Russell and Thomas Hagberg; his siblings-in-law, Randy Harvath, Howard Chartier and Ellen Harvath; his children, Gary Hagberg (Tammy) and Lisa Hagberg Dionne (Michael); his granddaughters, Rebecca Hagberg Hartwig (Jeremy), Brittani Hagberg Martin (Johnny), Danielle Dionne Hannah (Kyle) and Miranda Hagberg Roland (Austin); and his great grandchildren, Bryer Hagberg, Jayden Hagberg, Hunter Phillips, Carlyn Hagberg, Riley Hannah, Easton Hartwig and Charlotte Hannah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
