He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter West and Sarah West (Hawkshead); and his brother Jerry West. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Shelly Orton (Scott) of Hayward, WI, Brett West of Niagara, WI and Diana Kauffman (Mark) of Sparta, WI; and his siblings, Mary Jane West-Delgado (Mike) of Santa Ynez, CA, Harry West (Kathy), Catherine Lynch (Steven), Patricia Minarich and Wayne West (Marlys). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Knights of Columbus or Fishing Has No Boundaries.
