He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Michael Belot (Katie) of Mequon, WI and Erin Ott (Jeremy) of Sun Prairie, WI.; and his brothers, Jerry Belot (Mary Jane) of Neenah, WI and Robert Belot (Randi) of Belmont, CA..
