He was predeceased by: his father Allan W. Cizauskas; and his grandparents, Lawrence, Helen Verduin, Alphonse and Alice Cizauskas.
He is survived by: his mother Shirley Cizauskas (Verduin); his sons, Izaac Cizauskas (Brittany) and Sergeant Ethan (Destiny); his grandchildren, Malaya, Brayden, Daxton and EmmaLynn; and his sister Christie Ann Cizauskas-Degler (Frank). He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
