Lindy Backus Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lindy Backus of Newton, Wisconsin, born in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 21, 2022 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Luisier and Dolores Luisier (Meihsner). She is survived by: her husband Tom; her son Jon Backus (Stacy); her grandchildren, Grace Lily and Jack Shawn; her son Joshua Backus (Laura); her grandchildren, Lyla Breeze, Justin Thomas and Leah Allison; her son Joel Backus (Brittney); her granddaughters, Anastasia Elaine and Veronica Mae; and her siblings, James Luisier of Burton, MI, David Luisier (Stacy), Fort Atkinson, Jennifer Martin and Daniel Luisier (Ann). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Lindy's name which will be used for her grandchildren's educations.
