He is survived by: his son David Bokelman (Genevieve); his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jeremiah; his daughter Kristy Carmody (Brian); his grandchildren, Penelope, Patrick and Faith; his sister Nancy Mesich (Mike); and his nephews, John Mesich (Olivia), Brian Mesich (Ashley) and Matthew Bokelman (Leah).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kettle Moraine Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 448 in memory of Jim.
