He is survived by: his wife Jean Jacoby; his stepdaughters, Carla Keller (Butch Thelen) and Lisa Zurn (Tom); his stepgrandchildren, Lucas Thelen, Megan Zurn, Jesse Zurn and Kaitlyn Zurn; and his siblings, Diane Meyer (Ron) and Dennis Jacoby (Jean). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
