She was predeceased by: her parents, Anita Zimdars and Herbert Zimdars; her husband Glenn Hoffmann; and her brother Kenneth Zimdars. She is survived by: her children, Lana Heinzel (Todd), Lyle Hoffmann (Linda), Larry Hoffmann (Lisa), Lynn Neumann (Larry) and Lori Thiessenhusen (Dale); her grandchildren, Megan, Alex, Jennifer, Brandon, Rebecca, Brian, Mackenzie, Adam and Abigail; her stepgrandchildren, Christina and Carly; her great grandchildren, Jameson, Macie, Collin, Tatum and Colton; and her siblings, Wayne Zimdars and Elaine Haas. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Memorials will be decided between a couple of Carol's favorite charities, so please make any donations out to the family.
