He is survived by: his children, Jeanette Gritzmacher (Paul), Linda Holl and Douglas Hartwig (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Daniel Holl, David Holl, Elizabeth Holl, Karen Ingerham (Dustin), James Holl (Heather), John Holl, Sheila Anderson (Tory) and Michelle Mullenberg; his great grandchildren, Ben, Renee, Blair Holl, Maddie Ingerham, Gia, Hudson, Josh, Danielle Anderson, Aleah, Evan Dvorak, Alexis, Alana, Anthony and Dayvon Mullenberg; his stepdaughters, Kim Wondrash, Roxanne Wink and Debbie Lusardi; and his stepgrandchildren, Cody, Kelly, Katie, Nikki, Tyler, Chance and Shannon.
