He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Frances (Black); and his mother-in-law Jerri Warling. He is survived by: his children, Scott Mlynarczyk (Sue), Deanna Kaufman (Gary), Tina Mlynarczyk and Derek Lindoo (Lisa); his grandchildren, Shania, Emma and Caleb; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Audrianna and Kyler; his siblings, Jackie Mlynarczyk, Steve and Jan Mlynarczyk; his sister-in-law Barb (Renn Karl); his niece Polly Wisdom (Rick); his great-nephew Parker; and his great-nieces, Sophie and Paige.
Memorials preferred to Lakeview Hospice or St. Croix County Health & Rehab Center.
