He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Alice Vivian Kuhn; his wife Sandra; and his sisters, Jane and Judy.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Kuhn (Michelle), Kristina Anderson (Lee) and Andrea Pitchford (Benjamin); and his grandchildren, Hailey (Steven), Hunter, Cody (Heather), Taylor, Brittany, Cassie, Breauna and Riley.
