He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Susan Thomson (Stanbro); his parents, Ernest and Mary K. Thomson; and his brothers, Dean and Dale Thomson.
He is survived by: his children, Sarah Thomson (Travis Hayden) of Clear Lake, WI, Amanda Urizar (Steve) of Antioch, IL and Brian of Oak Park, IL; his grandchildren, Nathan Stockman, James Urizar, Marissa Stockman, Isabel Urizar and Kaitlyn Urizar; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan, Aaron and Kellyn Hayden; his sisters, Jeanette Pickerel and Ruthanne Berlin; and his sister-in-law Sarah Ortman (Stanbro). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ken's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
