He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin and Dora. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Cary, Laura and Debra; and his sisters, Marilyn and Gloria.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Gary's name to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
