He was predeceased by: his parents, George Votruba and Martha Votruba (Hruska); and his siblings, Steve, George, Bernard, Ruth, Mary Anne, Ed, Kathy and Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn "Carol" Votruba (Reimer) of Jerome's Catholic Church; his children, Cindy Votruba (Ross Holmberg) and Christopher "Chris" Votruba; and his siblings, Lorraine Livingston (Hubert), Fran Votruba and Tom Votruba (Sue).
