He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Sorensen and Frieda Sorensen (Stroh); his wife Delores McHugh; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Wehrman and Marcie Surprise.
He is survived by: his son Wade Sorensen (Corinne); his grandchild Lorin Weinmann (Dave); his great grandchild Raine; his nieces and nephews, Pam, Karen, Donna, Paula, Penny, Diana, Jim, Peter and John; his siblings, James Glenn Sorensen (Nellie) and Nancy Sorensen; and his siblings-in-law, Ken McHugh (Arlene) and Kathy Prunty.
