He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Fields and Mary Fields (Latza); his wife Mary Vincent; his sisters, Betty Wege (Merle), Patricia Bellile and Dorothy Hopka; and his siblings-in-law, John Vincent Thomas Vincent, Gaeten Philippon, Jeanne Vincent, Josie Vincent and Maria Vincent.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Quaintance (Brian), Tammy Becker (Don), Scott Fields (Tana) and Ann Morrell (Scott); his grandchildren, Kirk Quaintance (Brittney), Dakota Quaintance (Kayla), Justine Vaughan (Brandon), Jolene Forseth (Joe), Cory Becker (Jacey), Andrew Fields (Nicole), Kirsti Shepherd (Jimmy), Austin Fields, Avery Fields (Laura) and Matthew Incrocci; his sisters, Nancy Besaw (Bobby) and Shirley Philippon; his sisters-in-law, Irene Champeau and Elaine Meyer (Tom); and his caregivers, Jen, Kristin and Hope. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
