He is survived by: his sister Shirley Schwan; his nieces, Nancy Abel, Sue White, Mary Schwan, Linda Polley and Judi Schertz; his goddaughter Carol "Peachy" Wagner; his nephews, Greg Schwan and Dr. Steven Schwan; his stepchildren, Julie Berg (Corey) and Kevin Beattie; his friend Leo; and his son Todd.
