She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kurth and Bernice Kurth (Scott). She is survived by: her husband Scott Nickel; her stepchildren, Melissa Forman-Barenblit, Jason Nickel, Jessica Martinez, Shanna Walrath and Nicki Walrath; her great grandchildren, Evie, Jacob, Lily, Michael, McKenzie, Carol, Forrest, Jackson and Olivia; her siblings, Alan Kurth (Beth), Kathie Davidsen (Jeff) and Laurie Kurth (Steve Jones); and her in-laws, Tom Nickel (Linda) and Steve Nickel (Suzann). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
