He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Bork; his son Anthony; his parents-in-law, Henry and Ruth Helms; and his brothers-in-law, John Helms, Bert Helms (Muriel) and Steve Schiedermayer.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Helms; his daughter Tina Jaeckels (Jim); his grandchildren, Jeremy Jaeckels and Jesse Jaeckels; and his siblings, Barb Schiedermayer, Bonnie Faestel (Gary Konow), Sharon Bucholtz (Chuck), Lola Baughman (Berlie) and James. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
