He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sullivan and Marceedas Sullivan (Wedde); his wife Barbara Kasuboski; and his in-laws, Clifford and Margaret Kasuboski.
He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Sullivan (Jean), Sally Bellile (Dale) and Steve Sullivan (Shelly). He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; twelve great-nieces and nephews and eight great-great- nieces and nephews.
