He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Balthazor and Leona Balthazor; his son Kevin; and his siblings, Lorraine Lowney (Lenard), Joyce Balthazor and Loyes Balthazor (Mary).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughter Sue Stern (Jim) of New London; his grandchildren, Jessica Jablonicky (Derek), Green Bay and Meagan Skarzynski (Matt); his great grandchild Mason; and his brother-in-law Terry Anvelink (Julie).
