She was predeceased by: her parents, James Palmer and Bernice Palmer (Lenz); her granddaughter Brooke; her sisters, Donna Owens and Karen Hafner; and her brother-in-law Mark Pagel.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Pagel; her children, Jeffery Pagel, Bradley Pagel (Carolyn) of Hartford, WI, Robert Pagel (Lori) and Andrea Wudke (Todd); her grandchildren, Alisha, Morgan, Jay, Johnathan, Ashlyn, Paige, Kendra and Savannah; her great grandchildren, Ronnie, Darius, Bronx, Sophie and Thunder; her siblings, Charles Palmer (Nancy) and Bonnie Lyn (Reed); and her siblings-in-law, Frank Hafner, Tom Pagel (Carol), Tim Pagel (Diane), Debra Douville Neenah (Scott), Mary Van Gompel (Dave) and Laurie Pagel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established for the Town of Caledonia Community Club.
