She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Hedtke; her siblings, Penny Hedtke and Brian Hedtke; and the father of her children Tony Scrivens. She is survived by: her mother Suellen Hedtke (Vohs); her children, Teresa Marie Hardy (John), Melanie Ann Scrivens and Eric Scrivens; and her grandchildren, Bailey Anthony Scrivens and Seth Matthew Alexander Scrivens. She is also survived by many sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, friends and two step-daughters.
