He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Worm and Naomi Worm (Sommers); his parents-in-law, Ed and Myrna Besaw; his son David Worm; his brothers, Ed Worm (Karen) and Roger Worm (Myrtle); his nephews, Kenneth Worm and Gerald Worm; and his siblings-in-law, Jerome Besaw, John Besaw, Joe Besaw, Joyce Besaw, Helen Besaw, Carol Besaw and Joan Besaw.

He is survived by: his wife Sandy Worm; his daughter Cathy Longtin (John); his grandchildren, Amy and Aleja; his great grandchild Dale; his grandchild Thomas Worm (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Ashley Walters (Evan) and Jacob Kiesow; his nieces and nephews, Mark Worm, Glen Worm, Gary Worm, Sheryl Gau and Chuck Worm; and also, Nolan Walters, Jim Besaw (Sandy), Jerry Besaw (Sue), Jean Besaw (Cindy), Christine Rieckman (Bob), Lee Besaw (Sue), Greg Besaw (Sue), Jeff Besaw (Cathy) and Fran Engle (Rich). He is also survived by 40 nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
