She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Hoffman and Alice Hoffman (Beschta); her sibling Earl Hoffman (Butch); her parents-in-law, Isadore and Hazel Stephani; and her siblings-in-law, Doris Stoeger and Bernard Stephani (Eva).
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Stephani; her son Michael (Annette); her grandson Blake Stephani; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Hoffman and Fred Stoeger Sr.. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
