He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel Smet (Karen), Dorothy Scott (Tom) and Steven Smet (Lynne); his sister-in-law Dar Smet; and his close friends, Mary Ann Hanson, Roxanne Beyer (Larry), Travis, Isabella, Charlotte, Emmastasia and Liam Beyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
