She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert O. Smith and Alice H. Smith (Janssen); and her siblings, Charles and Judy. She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Vander Heyden (Jon); her grandson Kaleb; her son Tim (Michele); her grandchildren, Dana and Shayla; and her great grandchild Tom (Lori).
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (1815 E Wisconsin Ave, Appleton, WI 54911).
