She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Reed and Evelyn Reed (Farver); her sons, Jimmi and Jeffery Holbrook; and her grandson James Swinton.
She is survived by: her husband George Meating; her children, Bill Holbrook (Ann), Toni Cooper (Randi) and Karen Muniz; her stepchildren, Glenn Meating (Michelle), Brenda Fermanich (Mark) and Bill Meating (Cheryl); and her siblings, Judy and Bev. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
