He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Loughrin and Marie Loughrin (Rebman); and his brother-in-law Robert White. He is survived by: his wife Elaine McClone; his children, Pat Loughrin (Rose), Steve Loughrin (Sue), Janet Loughrin, Teresa Larson (Vern), Jean Peeters (Tom) and Kathy Williams (Chris); his grandchildren, Nicholas Loughrin (Tara), Casey Loughrin (Stephanie), Alison Cleaver (John), Eric Loughrin (Katie), Andrew Loughrin, April Petrie (Tim), Inga Werginz (Brad), Morgan Larson, Taylor Larson-Hanif (Umar), Alissa Peeters, Erin Peeters, Jennifer Peeters, Brandon Williams and Meghan Williams; his great grandchildren, James, Addy, Jackson, Aven, Carter, Matthew, Giuliana, Bennett, Ethan, Brady, Elliott, Isla, Griffin, Daria, Isabelle, Sophie, Elliot, Maren and Livia; and his sisters, Mary Conroy (Robert) and Teresa White.
