We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2020, at the age of 81, Irene D. Peterson (New London, Wisconsin), born in Tinley Park, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas DeChant and Wilhelmina DeChant (Trybul); her husband Elmer H. Peterson; her son Elmer H. Peterson III; and her siblings, Delores DeChant, Joan Pupkiewicz, Richard DeChant and Gale DeChant.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Peterson, Mark Peterson (Sue), David Peterson (Elizabeth Martinez), Dick Peterson (Sue) and Ruth Wiegand (Rob); and her siblings, RoseMarie Pieroni, Lynda Gauthier and Michael DeChant. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
