With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria M. Popke (New London, Wisconsin), born in Kenosha, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 12, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinand Schneider and Mildred Schneider (Sorensen); her husband Dr. Chester A. Popke; and her siblings-in-law, Cle Popke (Dora), Charity Kargard (Raymond) and Dorothy Teschendorf (Marlin).
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Mackey (Joe) and Catherine Olsen (James); her grandchildren, Taylor Marie (Chandler), Leo Jacob (Brooke), Ryan Elizabeth, Quintin, Emerson and Camryn; her brother Ferdinand Schneider (Marcia); her stepdaughter Dr. Suzanne Popke-Siemann (Robert); her stepgrandchildren, Zachary, Hayden and Sasha; and her friend Gwen Paulson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
