He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Herminath and Terry Herminath (Elenich); his sister Debbie Kalbus; his brother-in-law Bill Cartwright; and his nephew Joshua Stevens.
He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Cartwright, Barb (Tim Riley), Diane (Bill Stevens) and Mike Herminath; and his brother-in-law Bill Kalbus (Sherri Danaj). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
