She is survived by: her husband David Koch; her daughters, Erika Sakowski (Daniel), Carrie Schwartz (Patrick) and Amanda Koch; her grandchildren, Lexia, Briant, Brielle, Ariana, Haille, Kailyn and Porter; her sisters, Donna Buelow, Darlene Brush (Ted) and Chrissy Van Straten; and her siblings-in-law, Dennis Koch (Beverly), Susan Koch and Sandra Rombak (Frank). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
