He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kolbe and Loretta Kolbe (Rohloff); his former wife Rose Kolbe; his close friend Diane Cummings; his grandson Jesse Zastrow; his siblings, Barbara Gardinier (Clayton) and Ardis LaValley (David); and his siblings-in-law, Richard Kettner and Charlene Kolbe.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Radmer (Rusty), Susan Kolbe, Kathy Kolbe, Lori Glatz (Steven), Jayne White (Pat), Albert Kolbe, Karen Chaussee (Bob) and Dennis Kolbe; his grandchildren, Jamie, Becky Jo, Nicole, Cory, Bill, Amanda, Adam and Lindsay (Dale); his great grandchildren, Adalyne, Quinley, Carter, Alex, Adrian, Kyle, Evelyn and Wyatt; his siblings, Annette Kettner, Frank Kolbe and Margie Kolbe-Mims (Gil); and his grandchildren, Corey, Dee-Dee, Danny, Bryce, Tyler and Meghan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
